This Week's Nominees:
Peyton Frame, Custer Co District High (Montana): Swept the distance events at the Bill Kelly Eastern A Twilight Invitational, clocking 2:12.32 in the 800 and 5:14.45 in the 1600. Won both races convincingly, taking the 800 by defeating 16 other competitors and the 1600 against a field of 12.
Lauren McManus, Glacier High School (Montana): Put up a winning throw of 43-1 in the shot put at the Glacier Columbia Falls Dual, defeating 13 other throwers. The mark ranks her as the #2 junior in Montana in the shot put.
Morgan Kindopp, Sidney High School (Montana): Cleared 12-6 to win the pole vault at the Bill Kelly Eastern A Twilight Invitational, topping a field of 14 vaulters.
Lakfynn Johnson, Billings West High School (Montana): Dominated the throwing events at the Billings Public School City Meet with marks of 137-0 in the discus and 38-0 in the shot put. Both throws earned victories against fields of 12 competitors, with her discus performance ranking her as the top junior in Montana in the event.
Elly Reed, Hellgate High School (Montana): Cleared 5-6 to take first place in the high jump at the Greg Rice City Meet, winning against a field of 10 jumpers.
