Two Montana State women were chosen Big Sky Conference Track and Field Athletes of the Week, the conference office announced.

Sophomore distance runner Heather Haug (Livingston) and senior high jumper Jessie Greany (Belgrade) got the nod for having superior performances in the last week.

Haug ran a 4:48.78 mile on Friday to win the event at the Fleet Feet meet and better her conference topping mark. She is currently first on the Big Sky list in the event. She also ran a personal best of 2:17.50 in the 800.

Greany won the Fleet Feet meet, jumping 5'6” in the event tying her career best mark. She remains tied for the top spot on the Big Sky performance list.

The Bobcats have their last regular home meet of the year this Friday at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse with field events starting at 4:30 p.m. and track events at 5:30.
