Looked strong at the Utah state meet with speed ratings of 186, 178, 171, 170, and 166. They won with out Carson Clinger who was DQ'd.

Strong up top with Tim McInerney and Shaw Powell both running 183 speed ratings or better. McInerney finished second to Devin Heart in an impressive showing.

According to CA MileSplit they rested main varsity crew with top JV kids competing at the Riverside Invite.

They looked really good through four runners but their fifth was a 162 which is on the lower end of any team in the top 10. Top four were speed rated at 188, 188, 175, and a 171.

Scored 22 points to win their District meet. They had a 0:34 second 1-5 split and a 15:50 avg for 5K. The best out of any of the MileSplit50-ranked Washington teams.

They beat Skyridge (UT) at state and looked strong. Speed ratings of 181, 173, 171, 169, and 168.

They looked solid at their Washington Class 4A District meet since they had a 0:57 1-5 split and a 16:00 average.

They lost to Wayzata at their sectional meet but not by much. The two teams should have a good battle this weekend at the state meet.

Ran well as their District meet with Zachary Kinne having a bit of an off day.

This team might be a long shot but they appear to be coming on strong after a rough outing at Manhattan the team bounced back to win their Section 11 Division Championship meet with speed ratings of 184, 180, 174, 172, and 166. We will be keeping a close eye on them over the next few weeks.

There wasn't a whole lot of movement in the MileSplit50 this week with many teams already in the state meet or state meet qualifying mode. Some reasons teams moved up were impressive state or regional performances. Others moved down with weaker performances. Take a look at notes for the individual teams below.
