Capital City 7 of 7 Invitational Analysis/Recap

Fast Times to End the Day
It wasn't until runner number 2 that Bozeman was finally dethroned by Aren Alexander-Battee of Glacier, who finished in 16:18. That time would actually have come in 3rd place in the fastest flight. This was an incredible performance by Alexander-Battee.

The final race of the day provided much excitement as Ben Perrin of Flathead duked it out with Levi Taylor of Laurel. These two went back and forth the entire 5k until Perrin was ultimately able to pull away in the final stretch of the race, finishing in 15:43 to Taylor's 15:51. This race will be a hard one to forget. Sadly, as Flathead and Laurel are in different divisions, it is unlikely that Perrin and Taylor will meet again until at least NXR.

One final note on the boy's side, behind Bozeman there was a tight team battle for 2nd place, with Sentinel ultimately edging Hellgate to finish 2nd. The teams actually tied through 7 runners but whoever had the fastest 7th runner wins in a tie. Who makes up these rules?
