Name: Taylor Floming

High School: Monarch High School

Signing With: Montana State

What clinched the decision for the school you signed with: Coach Dale Kennedy was one of the biggest reasons that I felt that this program will be the right fit for me. He has been coaching at Montana State for over 30 years and the great relationship that he has with his team was a big
reason that I decided to commit to Montana State. The girls on the team that I had an opportunity to meet were incredibly kind, welcoming, and just the kind of people I want to be spending my time with in college. Bozeman is beautiful, the school is the right size, and I could quite simply envision myself as a part of both the team and the community at Montana State University.

Your favorite high school track/xc event:  The Pat Patten Invitational has always been my favorite XC meet.

Your favorite high school athletic memory: When my team was coming back from our cool down after the 2012 State XC race. At this point we had no idea what the race results were. Someone, in passing, said to us "Congratulations on winning the State title ladies". After a few confused moments, every single one of us started screaming and hugging (some of us crying). We ran as fast as our tired legs could carry us to find the coaching staff and our families. Being able to share that moment with my team was something that I will never forget.
